What areas do you serve?
Service Areas is right in our service area. We serve Creedmoor and the greater Triangle — including Butner, Stem, Oxford, Franklinton, Youngsville, Wake Forest, Durham, Cary, Morrisville, Chapel Hill, Apex, Clayton, Fuquay-Varina, Garner, Henderson, Hillsborough, Holly Springs, Knightdale, Louisburg, Mebane, Raleigh, Rolesville, Roxboro, Selma, Smithfield, Wendell, Wilson, and Zebulon. How soon can you come out?
In most cases we offer same-day or next-day service for repairs. During peak summer and winter we recommend calling early in the day. Maintenance-plan members always get priority scheduling.
Do you offer emergency HVAC service?
Yes. Heating and cooling failures don't keep business hours, and neither do we. Call (919) 529-4700 any time and we'll get a technician to you as fast as possible — especially during extreme heat or cold.
Do you charge for estimates on new systems?
Estimates for new system installations and replacements are free. For diagnostic visits on an existing system, we charge a fair service-call fee that's applied toward your repair if you move forward with us.
