Our 13 Point Maintenance & Inspection Service Will Keep Your Equipment Running Smoothly All Year

  1. Replace air filters with pleated filters (Major & Minor)
  2. Inspect conditions and adjust driver belts annually. (Major & Minor)
  3. Check tightness of set screws on drive sheaves, fan wheels and bearings, adjust as required. (Major & Minor)
  4. Lubricate all motor and fan bearings per manufacturer’s recommendations. (Major & Minor)
  5. Inspect conditions of all fan assemblies for wear. Clean as required. (Major & Minor)
  6. Inspect conditions of all starters, contractors, switches, fuses, wiring, and electrical connections. Clean, tighten, and test as required. (Major & Minor)
  7. Check operation of all dampers, actuators, and linkages. Lubricate and adjust per manufacturers recommendations. (Major & Minor)
