Do you offer emergency HVAC service?

Yes. Heating and cooling failures don't keep business hours, and neither do we. Call (919) 529-4700 any time and we'll get a technician to you as fast as possible — especially during extreme heat or cold.

How soon can you come out?

In most cases we offer same-day or next-day service for repairs. During peak summer and winter we recommend calling early in the day. Maintenance-plan members always get priority scheduling.

Do you charge for estimates on new systems?

Estimates for new system installations and replacements are free. For diagnostic visits on an existing system, we charge a fair service-call fee that's applied toward your repair if you move forward with us.

Do you service all brands, or only the ones you sell?

We service all makes and models. While we proudly install LG and Amana systems, our technicians are trained to diagnose and repair whatever brand you already own.

Should I repair or replace my old system?

A good rule of thumb: if your system is over 10–12 years old and the repair costs more than a third of a new unit, replacement usually makes sense. We'll give you an honest assessment — we don't push replacements when a repair will do.

What brands of equipment do you install?

We're an authorized dealer for LG and Amana — both known for reliability and efficiency. We'll help you choose the right system and size for your home and budget.

How long does a new system installation take?

A standard residential changeout is typically completed in a single day. More complex jobs — adding zones, ductwork modifications, or commercial work — may take longer, and we'll give you a clear timeline up front.

What does your maintenance plan include?

Our membership includes two comprehensive tune-up visits a year, a 13-point inspection, priority scheduling, and member discounts on repairs — starting at $199 a year for residential systems.

Do you offer financing?

Yes. We partner with Hearth to offer flexible payment options with a soft credit check that won't affect your score. It's a simple way to spread the cost of a new system over manageable monthly payments.

Do you offer any discounts?

We offer a 10% discount on repairs for veterans and seniors, and we run seasonal specials throughout the year — like our summer tune-up special. Ask about current promotions when you call.

Why does regular maintenance matter?

Routine tune-ups keep your system efficient (lower bills), catch small problems before they become breakdowns, and are required to keep most manufacturer warranties valid. It's the best way to protect your investment.
